1. About Our Services
GoDigi provides digital and technology-related services, including:

The exact scope of each project will depend on the quotation, proposal, invoice, agreement, or written communication accepted by the client.
2. Project Scope
Before starting a project, GoDigi may provide a quotation or proposal describing the services, deliverables, estimated timeline, and applicable charges.
Work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Additional requirements, revisions, features, integrations, pages, designs, or functionality not included in the original scope may result in additional charges and/or changes to the delivery timeline.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, logos, credentials, approvals, and other materials required to complete the project.
Delays caused by the client, including delayed content, approvals, access, payments, or feedback, may affect the project timeline.
The client confirms that any materials supplied to GoDigi do not knowingly infringe the intellectual property rights of another party.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated through the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, or agreement.
Where an advance payment is required, work may begin only after the required advance has been received.
For projects involving milestones, subsequent work may depend on receipt of the applicable milestone payment.
5. Website and Software Projects
For website, application, and software development projects:
- The agreed scope determines the included features and deliverables.
- Additional functionality may be charged separately.
- Third-party services, plugins, themes, APIs, hosting, domains, licenses, subscriptions, and external software may involve additional costs.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may depend on client cooperation and third-party services.
- Final deployment or transfer may be subject to completion of agreed payments.
6. Digital Marketing and Advertising
Digital marketing results depend on several factors outside GoDigi’s direct control.
These may include:
- Competition
- Market conditions
- Advertising platform algorithms
- Budget
- Audience
- Offer/product quality
- Website performance
- Client responsiveness
- Search engine changes
- Advertising platform policies
GoDigi does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, rankings, followers, revenue, or return on investment unless expressly agreed in writing.
Advertising budget paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is separate from GoDigi’s service fees unless specifically stated otherwise.
7. SEO
SEO results are not guaranteed because search engine rankings are controlled by third-party search engines and may change at any time.
GoDigi will use reasonable professional efforts to implement agreed SEO strategies but cannot guarantee a specific ranking position, traffic level, lead volume, or revenue.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, GoDigi retains rights to its own pre-existing tools, processes, templates, frameworks, systems, methodologies, and proprietary materials.
Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights for specifically created client deliverables will be handled according to the agreed project terms.
Third-party assets, software, plugins, themes, fonts, stock images, APIs, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licences.
9. Third-Party Platforms
GoDigi may use third-party platforms including hosting providers, advertising platforms, payment gateways, analytics tools, plugins, APIs, and software services.
GoDigi is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, price changes, technical failures, or other issues caused by third-party platforms.
10. Website Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable services; however, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, security incidents, technical failures, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoDigi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our website or services.
This may include loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, rankings, advertising results, or expected performance.
12. Prohibited Use
Clients must not use GoDigi’s services for unlawful activities, fraud, malicious activities, infringement of intellectual property rights, spam, or activities prohibited by applicable law or third-party platforms.
13. Suspension or Termination
GoDigi may suspend or terminate services where there is:
- Non-payment
- Material breach of these terms
- Fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Abuse of staff or service providers
- Misuse of GoDigi’s systems
- A requirement arising from law or third-party platform policies
14. Changes to Terms
GoDigi may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this page.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
